The best thing about this program is that your teenager won’t even realise it is therapy work as the interaction with the horses is a fun, creative and exciting way to connect deeply to self and others.

How does the 4-week program work?:

• 2-hour blocks every Saturday afternoon.
• Located in Palmwoods, Sunshine Coast.
• Explore a different category (as per above) each week with a unique horse experiment.
• Reflection notes are provided as a take-away to review.
• Parents not required to stay on location (unless they want to).
• Groups limited to 6 people so everyone feels connected/included.
• We have 3 horses so that means two people to each horse.
